About

At the foundation of Connect to Care is Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. Our goal is to be an advocate for those who face social barriers in health and to educate our community on these circumstances. We are a group of individuals who believe that compassionate care is a universal human right when faced with a healthcare crisis that involves our children. At Connect to Care, it is an expectation that we treat all of our program participants with empathy and grace in order to create a more socially equitable environment. Members of our board personally seek out opportunities to be involved in the many parts of our community in order to continually educate and grow.
