Social workers and hospitality homes

We are working diligently with healthcare organizations in the city who have the intent to refer their patients to our services. We communicate with social workers who intimately know the population they serve and which families would best fit the services services we provide. By knowing the workflows of hospital employees, as well as the needs of their patients, we can work together to place guests with hosts. This can be a very difficult task due to the complex privacy policies and HIPPA rules to follow. This is why we work with organizations compliance, risk and legal teams as well. 

While most of our referrals will happen from hospital staff and hospitality homes, we welcome anyone to refer our services to those in need. Please reach out at info@connectgr.org to refer families.
